Rowland First Floor Renovation

This first-floor renovation included remodeling a kitchen, dining room, living room, mud-room, and bonus room.

The initial reason for this renovation was to increase the size of their kitchen. The conversion of the front room has been dubbed the ‘bagel’ room because it has become their ‘everything room’ including washer, dryer, home office, even a spare fridge.
